There are so many times in our lives that we forget to really take a look at "what life is".
Instead we focus on getting that project finished, being on time for work, cleaning the house, feeding and bathing the kids, or even fitting that workout in at the gym.
How often do you take a minute to observe your life? Really take a look at all that you have and be grateful for it. Such amazing simple things we take for granted. When we truly stop and listen to our hearts and minds we find that we have a plethora of riches at our feet.
Just being able to sit quietly and watch the birds or listen to the sound of the wind in the trees can help center and remind you of what's really important.
Take the time to listen, look and just be. You might be surprised at how it changes perspective and even offers insight on that one thing you have been looking for but haven't found -- peace.
